Notice for tenants in homes

Please remember that during the winter season with temperatures below freezing that you keep your crawlspace vents closed. If you have an unfinished basement, please keep all doors and windows closed – this will keep your pipes from freezing. We have temperatures in the mid to low teens over the next few days with advisory wind chills as low as five degrees. If your pipes do freeze, it can take hours to unfreeze them unless a water line bursts that can increase the repair time.
